Other business included Chapter approval of sponsoring Diane Schmidt, Schlow Centre Region Library, to attend the 2014 PALS workshop. The Social Committee is hosting a sustainable winery tour and sampling of products at the Happy Valley Winery in State College on August 30 at noon. The tour for adult members and their spouses/significant others costs $10 per person. (Finger foods and water will be provided.) Please RSVP to committee co-chairs Sherry Roth, email: or Barb Woods, email: by Friday, August 22.
