Learn techniques for providing service to patrons who may have physical disabilities, emotional or mental disabilities, or both.

How to Assist Patrons on Windows 10 & Office 365

This session will review the highlights of Windows 10 and Office 365 and how to assist patrons
who have it on new devices. There will also be discussion on how to update library computers.

Learn the practical skills needed to provide exemplary customer service to your patrons whether face-to-face or on the phone
