The 2016 PaLA Conference will take place at the exciting, brand new Kalahari Resort & Conference Center located in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania from October 16 - 19, during the peak of autumn foliage season. The Expo is scheduled to take place Monday & Tuesday, October 17 & 18 and is sure to attract attendees from across the state eager to further their education, network with their peers and learn about new library products and services at this beautiful venue.
The exhibit floor will have open sight lines and is compact enough to allow for all exhibits to be easily seen and visited. We have worked hard to develop programs that build traffic on the exhibit floor, including complimentary lunch in the hall both days, exhibit area refreshment breaks and a Monday evening cocktail reception. Complimentary passes are available for your existing or potential customers and our Exhibit Raffle designates exhibitors as the exclusive means for attendees to obtain raffle tickets to win prizes.
In addition, pre- and post-show electronic attendee mailing lists are provided only to 2016 exhibitors, along with the opportunity to present mini presentations to showcase a product or service to a larger audience. (additional fees apply)
