True Colors Workshop

True Colors is a non-threatening, interactive vehicle for change. Its unique format helps individuals understand their own behaviors, skills, needs and motivations and those of the people with whom they interact. Individuals identify their own temperaments and the temperaments of others in an interactive, highly effective, educational program. True Colors is a human relations model and tool that incorporates simple techniques developed from research on motivational characteristics intrinsic to each individual, personally and in various life roles. The model, developed by Don Lowry, is the result of research based on the psychological types of Dr. Carl Jung, Myers-Briggs and Dr. David Keirsy. The True Colors model is a metaphor for understanding human characteristics and intrinsic behaviors. It enhances life skills in areas such as conflict resolution, career development, teaching and learning styles, work, leadership and management styles, team-building, parenting and interpersonal communication.
