A dues paying member of the Pennsylvania Library Association who lives or works in Bucks , Chester , Delaware, Montgomery or Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
What does SEPLA
do?
To promote library services and
librarianship within its geographic area and to cooperate in the promotion of
general and joint enterprises within the Pennsylvania Library Association and
other groups.
