PaLA recognizes that we have many librarians with great leadership potential and we need to insure that we continue to have good leadership in libraries and in our organization. The PaLA Academy of Leadership Studies (PALS) is a cooperative initiative between PaLA and the Office of Commonwealth Libraries to offer leadership development for librarians to help them reach their full leadership potential.
Attendance for this one-day workshop on Monday, July 20, is targeted toward librarians who do not possess an MLS/MLIS degree and will enable them to obtain training to help them reach their full leadership potential.
The fee to attend is $35 and includes the program, continental breakfast and lunch. Registration Deadline is July 07, 2020. Transportation is on your own.
This project is made possible, in part, by a grant from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services as administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education, through the Office of Commonwealth Libraries and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Tom Wolf, Governor.
Pennsylvania College of Technology is not affiliated with and does not necessarily endorse the opinions, beliefs, statements, writings, methods, or philosophies expressed by this conference/event or its individual participants.
