We appreciate your participation, and are committed to partnering with you to reach the Pennsylvania library community by providing you with both pre- and post-show attendee lists, no-conflict exhibit times and ample opportunities to connect with attendees at meals and other events outside of the exhibit hall. Exhibitor Advisory Committee
This group is comprised of library business partner representatives, PaLA members and staff who are committed to the success of the PaLA Exhibits and serves as a resource to exhibitors by providing on-site support and acts as a liaison with facility personnel. 2019 Exhibitor Advisory Committee Members

Booth Assignments

PaLA assigns booths based on exhibitor preferences, registration date and seniority.  Assignments were sent in mid-August to the contact email on file for your company.

Service Kit, Shipping Instructions and Other Forms

Please note that the exhibit hall will be located in the Great Hall North with load-in/out at the North Hall Ramp. View the hotel floor plan.

Set-Up/Tear Down

Set-up:  4:30 - 7:30 PM, Sunday, October 13 and 8:00 - 11:30 AM, Monday, October 14

Tear Down:  2:30 - 5:30 PM, Tuesday, October 15

Exhibitor Service Kit   Includes information regarding shipping of materials, and purchase of additional furnishings/services. 

Please note that your booth includes a skirted table (6' or 8' depending upon booth size), two chairs and a waste can.  The flooring is polished concrete and is not carpeted.  Basic Wi-Fi is complimentary.  If you require a dedicated bandwidth or a hard-wired connection,it is available for an additional fee.

Attendee Lists

Pre- and Post-show attendee contact lists are provided exclusively to 2019 exhibitors.  The pre-show list was sent in mid-September to the company representative on file. A post-show list, along with attendance and demographic information will be provided to your designated contact after the show.

Parking/Unloading Materials

All exhibitors are asked to park in the gravel lot during show hours.  Temporary parking is not permitted in the main entryway turn around, as this area is for drop-off and emergency vehicles only.  Additional parking is available at the Sheraton or Courtyard hotels' parking garages.  Fees may apply.

Exhibitors may unload through the loading dock of the Bayfront Convention Center.  Follow the facility's entry road (Sassafras Pier) directly back to the large garage doors where you will be greeted by a security team member.  For exhibitors who are hand carrying materials, you may enter through the front entrance of the building.  Flatbed carts are not permitted in this area.

Hotel Information

Due to an overwhelming registration response from conference attendees, our hotel blocks at the Sheraton and Couryard by Marriott bayfront locations are near capacity.  For this reason, we recommend that exhibitors make lodging arrangements at one of the following hotels located near the Bayfront Convention Center:

Cobblestone Hotel & Suites (less than 1 mile from Bayfront Convention Center)

Springhill Suites by Marriott  (10 minutes/6 miles from Bayfront Convention Center)

Baymont by Wyndham Erie (10 minutes/6 miles from Bayfront Convention Center)

Hampton Inn Erie South (12 minutes/8 miles from Bayfront Convention Center)

Hilton Garden Inn Erie (15 minutes/11 miles from Bayfront Convention Center)
