Library suppliers from all types of industries exhibit at the PaLA Library Products & Services Expo. While some are first-time exhibitors, many have been exhibiting for 20+ years! This year, due to the COVID19 pandemic, the expo is moving to a virtual platform, but our commitment to provide quality interaction between our exhibitor partners and conference attendees will remain.
After careful consideration, we have selected Pheedloop as our virtual conference platform, largely because it offers a robust opportunity for engagement. Virtual exhibit booths will provide a private portal to custom-build your virtual booth (no worries, it's easy!), manage representative profiles and connect with attendees during the entire 3-day live, virtual event!
VIRTUAL BOOTH PACKAGE, $395
Display the following:
- Company name and logo
- Company description
- Link to company website & social media sites
- Links to downloadable sales materials
- Pre-recorded video demonstration or informational video
Connect in all of these ways:
- Real-time virtual booth visitor tracking and historical virtual foot traffic information
- Live public booth chat with attendees
- One-on-one conversation in private chat or video call with screen sharing
- Up to two representatives with individual profiles (visible in booth and in networking module)
- Base-level gamification points to draw visitors to your booth
- NO-CONFLICT exhibit time (No sessions scheduled during these specific times each day!)
- Listing on the PaLA website
- Listing in the 3rd Quarter issue of the PaLA Bulletin (with registration prior to July 31)
In addition, you'll have the option to purchase lead retrieval, showcase presentation spots, extra gamification points, or add additional reps. All of this without the time and expense related to travel!

The conference will take place 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on each of the three days, October 19 - 21. Attendees will be able to visit booths at any time during the entire live event to view your video presentation, download materials and click on links to your website, etc. The conference schedule also includes dedicated time each day when no sessions have been scheduled to allow attendees time to visit the exhibits and poster presentations. These periods have been scheduled 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. each day. That's 4.5 hours of dedicated time for exploration! We recommend that you have your representatives on hand during these periods (and possibly over the noon lunch break) to connect with attendees in real time, via public booth chat and/or one-to-on video chats.

Want to really get into the fun? Consider donating a prize for redemption by attendees participating in gamification activities during the virtual event. (Examples: eGiftcards, Certificates for products/services, Gift Box of company swag) Prize donors will be acknowledged in photo display of prizes and can set limits on the number of prizes to be available in their name.
