Whether in-person or virtually, for nearly 70 years, the Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) Conference has successfully connected library suppliers from all types of industries with Pennsylvania library professionals. While some exhibitor partners are first-time exhibitors, many have been exhibiting for 20+ years! Join us, and experience for yourself, why they come back year after year!

Traffic-Building Programs in Place:

Complimentary lunch and refreshment breaks will be offered in the hall both days.
No-conflict exhibit time each day will enable attendees to visit the exhibit hall without the competition of other activities.
The Exhibit Raffle, designates exhibitors as the exclusive means for attendees to obtain raffle tickets to win prizes during a drawing each day, and attendees must be present to win!
Complimentary exhibit passes are yet another way our exhibitor partners can be made heroes in the eyes of their customers or potential customers. Up to three passes (valued at $40 each) are available upon request, enabling your customers or potential customers to attend the show free of charge.

Booth fees begin at $795, and to maximize your ROI:

The concise, two-day exhibit schedule will allow many exhibitors to reduce their lodging requirements to just one night. We have secured rooms at the conference rate of $157/night plus taxes. Lodging includes complimentary parking in the attached Walnut Street Garage. Lodging reservation information will be included with the exhibitor service kit to be available in August.
Your exhibit package will include registration for up to two company representatives, allowing the ability to attend sessions and all exhibit hall activities.
Each 8' x 8' exhibit space will include a company sign, pipe & drape with 8'H backwalls and 3'H side walls, a 6' skirted table & two chairs.
Pre- and post-show attendee contact lists will be provided exclusively to 2024 exhibitor partners.
A limited number of corner booths are available and will provide visibility from two sides.
Early registration provides better availability for preferred booth locations. The 2023 show sold out, and this year's show floor is limited to 80 spaces, so don't delay!
