Whether in-person or virtually, for more than 70 years, the Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) Conference has successfully connected Pennsylvania library professionals with library suppliers from all types of industries. The conference consistently attracts hundreds of library workers from all types of libraries across the state each year who gather to learn, connect and collaborate. Attendee Demographics
Who exhibits?
Suppliers for all industries relating to library services and operation are welcome to participate. While some of our exhibitor partnersare first-time exhibitors, many have been exhibiting with us for 20+ years! Join us, and experience for yourself, why they come back year after year!
Traffic-Building Programs to Foster Connections with Attendees
- Complimentary lunch and refreshment breaks will draw attendees into the hall each day.
- Significant "No-conflict" exhibit time has been built into the program schedule to enable attendees to visit the exhibit hall without the competition of other activities.
- The Exhibit Raffle, designates exhibitors as the exclusive means for attendees to obtain raffle tickets to win prizes during the end-of-day prize drawings.
- Complimentary exhibit passes are yet another way our exhibitor partners can be made heroes in the eyes of their customers or potential customers. Exhibitors may request two exhibit hall passes (valued at $40 each) to distribute to customers or potential customers to attend the show free of charge.
- The PaLA Conference Store will be located in the exhibit hall as an added attraction to draw attendees to the exhibit floor.
Exhibit Packages and Programs to Increase Visibility
- Pre- and post-show attendee contact lists will be provided exclusively to 2026 exhibitor partners to enable you to communicate with attendees both before and after the show. We’ll email the preliminary contact list to your designated contact person one month prior to the show and a final attendee contact list, along with attendance and demographic information, shortly after the show.
- A listing in an exhibitor directory is included and available on the PaLA website, in the conference mobile app as well as in the printed program book available to all attendees.
- Each booth includes registration for up to two company representatives, allowing them the ability to attend sessions and all exhibit hall activities including complimentary lunches and refreshment breaks.
- The concise, two-day exhibit schedule will allow many exhibitors to reduce their lodging requirements to just one night.
- Ability to indicate preferred booth location areas and neighbor preferences when registering. Booths are assigned by date of registration and exhibitor seniority.
Standard Booth Package
- Located mid-aisle with visibility from the front.
- Each 8'W x 8'D exhibit space will include a 6' skirted table & two chairs.
- Wi-Fi is included. Electric service is available for an additional fee.*
- The exhibit hall floor is carpeted
- Pre- and Post-Show attendee contact list
- Includes registration for two company representatives per booth. Additionally, up to two exhibit hall passes may be requested for distribution to customers/potential customers.
- A total of 56 available until sold.
Corner Booth Package
- Located at the end of an aisle with visibility from two sides
- Each 8'W x 8'D exhibit space will include a 6' skirted table & two chairs.
- Wi-Fi is included. Electric service is available for an additional fee.*
- The exhibit hall floor is carpeted.
- Pre- and Post-Show attendee contact list
- Includes registration for two company representatives per booth. Additionally, up to two exhibit hall passes may be requested for distribution to customers/potential customers.
- A total of 24 available until sold.
Showcase Presentation
- Exclusive to exhibitor partners to present a 20-minute program to highlight a product or service to a group of potential buyers.
- Presentations will take place during no-conflict time on Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning. Meeting room located near the exhibit hall and standard A/V equipment included.
- Includes a listing in the program schedule and an announcement in the exhibit hall approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time.
- Limited to 12 sessions, on a first-come basis.
Premium Booth with Lead Retrieval
- Enhance your booth listing with company logo in the exhibitor directory and in the conference mobile app.
- Includes links to company website and social media sites in the mobile app.
- Make catalogs and other materials available for attendee download.
