We are pleased to announce attendee registration fees for the 2025 conference to take place in Erie.

Full Conference Registration: (Best Value) Includes all sessions, exhibits, Welcome Reception, breakfast & lunch on Monday & Tuesday and breakfast on Wednesday.

Registration Policies & Deadlines

  • Early registration must be received by August 31, 2025.
  • Registration must be received by October 15, 2025.  On-site registration will be required after this date.  Note: The availability of meal & tour tickets can’t be guaranteed for on-site registrations.
  • In order to register as a member, 2025 personal dues must be paid in full at the time of registration.  Institutional membership does NOT entitle employees of the institution to register at the member rate unless PaLA Bucks* are used.
  • Corrections or additions to existing registrations must be made by September 30, 2025.  Changes can’t be accepted after this date.
  • We are unable to process refunds for meal or tour registrations, however you may give your ticket to another conference participant.
  • Refunds of registration fees must be requested in writing before September 30, 2025.  A $40 processing fee will be assessed for registration cancellations. Cancellations after this date, due to illness of attendee, will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will not include the cost of meals or tours.

* For every $100 paid in institutional member dues, One PaLA Buck code will be provided to enable a nonmember staff person to attend the conference at the member rate.

  • Log-in before registering to obtain the member rate.
    (Member rate available to personal members only.  Eligible Institutional members may utilize PaLA Bucks to register non-member staff at the member rate. Contact the PaLA office for more information on this program before registering.)
  • Print your Invoice/Receipt and Registration Confirmation
  • Make your hotel reservation. (The hotel registration link will be included in your conference registration confirmation email.)
