2015 Conference in State College

Thank you to all who submitted proposals to present a session at the conference.  PaLA divisions and the Conference Programming Committee have reviewed the submissions and have selected a slate of top-notch programs for conference attendees.  If your proposal was not selected, please consider submitting it as a poster session proposal.  (See below)

Present a Poster!

Poster sessions provide a forum for library professionals from across the state to share their successful ideas or innovations with colleagues. The object is to gather feedback and to make connections with others interested in the same subject.  Submission Deadline is Saturday, June 6.   Poster Session Proposal Submission Form

Here is the link to the 2015 version of our annual PA Forward survey.   PA Forward is an initiative of the Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) designed to raise awareness of the important role libraries of all types play in the well-being of their communities and the Commonwealth.  In order to accurately judge the value and impact of PA Forward, it is essential that we hear from a broad representation of the library community.  This is not a PaLA membership survey nor is it limited to public librarians.  Please take a moment to complete the survey and share it with your groups, colleagues, lists, etc.  PaLA values your opinion and  looks forward to hearing from you.
