Library Type Public Cost and Funding: Free Partnership: Hess Physical Therapy Description: In partnership with our local Physical Therapy office we held a workshop to address back and sciatica pain. In this workshop our patrons learned what causes these physical issues, relief through exercises, and healthy lifelong habits to continue to feel good. This program went over really well with the community. It was free, informative about their health concerns without making them feel put on the spot, and gave them the tools to repair their body without expensive equipment. |
