| Program Description | Our next Cookbook Club gathering will be held on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 5:30 pm. We had a wonderful turnout for our first session last month; and we are looking forward to more fun taste-testing in September. This month's Cookbook selection is "From the Garden." Stop in the library to select your recipe. Then on the day of the gathering, make one round of your recipe to bring in for our taste-testing and discussion. (Cooking is never judged; only the elements of the recipe; ie. was it easy, would you make this for an event, would you recommend to a friend, etc.) For questions about this new Club, please call and speak with library staff at 724-745-4300. Youth are welcome to cook with and attend with a grownup. We encourage time together in the kitchen! Any participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. (Cookbook Club is a multi-generational program at Chartiers-Houston Community Library) |
