We have reserved a block of rooms for conference participants at the reduced rate of $164/night to include parking in the attached Walnut Street Garage.

We acknowledge that some nights within our block are now full (as of 8/13/26). If you did not reserve your stay before those rooms sold out, rooms may still be available at the hotel’s rack rates.
We also encourage you to explore nearby lodging options. The Crown Plaza is within walking distance of the Hilton. Note we do not have a contracted rooming block at this hotel.
Please note that it is very important that conference attendees book in our contracted room block, as this assists us in meeting our contracted obligation with the hotel, keeps costs for meeting space at a minimum and puts us in a better negotiation position for future events. All of this helps to avoid registration fee increases!
