The Pennsylvania Library Association (PaLA) annual conference returns to Erie in 2025! Located on the shores of Erie’s Lake Erie's Presque Isle Bay, the Bayfront Convention Center offers stunning water views throughout the facility. The center offers 120,000 square feet of flexible event and meeting space as well as beautiful outdoor spaces, including the Sunset Terrace! PaLA Conference Hotels: Courtyard by Marriott & Sheraton Erie Bayfront
We have reserved room blocks at both the Courtyard by Marriott and Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotels at the conference rate of $150/night plus 13% occupancy taxes. Both hotels are attached to the convention center and offer stunning views of Presque Isle Bay.
Lodging information will be included with your conference registration confirmation. We encourage you to reserve a room soon after your register for the conference.
Complimentary parking available in the surface lot and in the hotel garage for conference participants.
Please note that we have been alerted to a scam targeting prospective PaLA Conference participants. This is fraudulent as this group has no information or access to our hotel block. The room block will officially open when conference registration opens in June and will be included with your reservation confirmation. We suggest that you do not engage with these 3rd parties, as doing so could cause you financial difficulties and puts the PaLA room block at risk.
