How is the swap organized?
1. Donations Accepted
Donated craft supplies* will be accepted on Thursday, February 29 and Friday, March 1, 2024 from 10:00 am – 3:45 pm. Any individual that donates craft supplies will receive a VIP ticket for early entrance the day of the swap.
2. Swap Day
The swap is Saturday, March 2, 2024 beginning at 10:30 am and continuing until 1:00 pm, or until all supplies are gone. VIP ticket holders enjoy early entrance at 10:00 am (snow date: Monday, March 4, 2024 from 5:00 – 7:30 pm; 4:30 pm early entrance for VIP ticket holders). Bags will be provided and any unclaimed supplies will be donated to charity.

*Please no spray paint, paint thinners or additives, or unfinished craft projects. The Grundy Library reserves the right to dispose of any donated supplies deemed inappropriate.
