Partnership: Coldwell Banker Realty Description: A licensed realter from a local realty company (Coldwell Banker Realty) hosts/facilitates a free workshop at the library for first-time homebuyers. The workshop goes over things such as: down payments, escrow, inspections, and tips on how to save money to buy a house. |
