Contact: MRichardson@albright.org Library Type Public Cost and Funding: Free to Patrons, minimal cost to library. Only hot chocolate and wet felted lantern supplies. All of which came in under $100. Partnership: Rail Trail of NEPA and Countryside Conservancy Trail Description: Abington Community Library partnered with the Rail-Trail of NEPA to present a Winter Solstice Walk at the Countryside Conservancy Trail. Attendees prior to the event created wet felted lanterns that were lit with battery operated tea lights. We had a Winter Solstice Storytime and enjoyed a walk through the trail on the night of the Winter Solstice and enjoyed hot chocolate afterwards. Around 50 people attended.
