Library Type Public Description The Dingman Township branch of the Pike County Public Library now has a new harvest community garden open to locals and visitors to water, weed, and harvest, or just enjoy. Five raised garden beds have been installed with themes; including two pizza themed gardens, a sensory garden, and two pollinator garden beds that the bees and butterflies will make use of. Local Master Gardener, Carol Padalino, helped to design and plan of each of the beds, and many of the plants where donated by the Delaware Township Community Garden. Additional programming about gardening and healthy literacy will take place throughout the summer at the Milford and Dingman Township branches. The garden was made possible by a grant from the Greater Pike Community Foundation and a donation from the Dingman Township supervisors.
