We appreciate the support of conference exhibitors and are committed to partnering with you to connect with the Pennsylvania library community! We do this by providing several traffic building programs. no-conflict exhibit times and ample opportunities to interact with attendees both inside and outside of the exhibit hall. Additionally, pre- and post-show attendee contact lists are provided to enable you to reach out to attendees both before and after the show.

This group is comprised of PaLA members and staff who are committed to the success of the PaLA Exhibits and serves as a resource to exhibitors by providing on-site support and acts as a liaison with facility personnel.

- 8'W x 10'D Pipe & Draped Booth: (Charcoal & Silver Drape); 8' Back Wall, 3' Side Wall
- 6' skirted table (black skirting) 2 chairs & a wastebasket
- The exhibit floor is polished concrete and is NOT carpeted. Exhibitors may bring their own carpet/mat for their specific booth.
- High-Speed Wireless Internet
- Registration for up to 2 company representatives (includes access to lunch & breaks in the exhibit hall.)

Attendee Contact Lists
Pre- and Post-show attendee contact lists are provided exclusively to 2025 exhibitors. Please ignore any offers from third parties to purchase this list.
- The pre-show list will be provided to the company representative on file no later than 30 days before the show start date. (This year's pre-show list was sent via email to the exhibit contact on file on 9/17/2025 - please contact kim@palibraries.org if you did not receive it.)
- A post-show list, along with attendance and demographic information will be provided to your designated contact after the show.

Hotel Information
The PaLA Block of rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott and Sheraton Erie Bayfront expired September 18. However alternative lodging can be found at nearby hotels.
Parking in the surface lot at the Bayfront Convention Center is complimentary for all conference participants.
