Teen Worldbuilding Activity

Utilizing a creative writing prompt and knowledge from various Earth and space science books, teenagers worked on creating a world of their own. Teddy Bear Clinic

MedExpress offers this free community outreach program to help teach children about visiting the doctor.
Children are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal to get a check up.
MedExpress brings basic tools like a stethoscope, thermometer, bandages, and x-rays to show kids what
tools may be used if they visit the doctor.
This program is appropriate for 3-6 year olds.

Seed Exchange Program

We had a master gardener come and present on how to collect seeds and start them indoors. We provided each attendee with a seed starter mix, peat pots, and seeds. This program was held as the kick-off to our Seed Library.
