MedExpress offers this free community outreach program to help teach children about visiting the doctor.
Children are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal to get a check up.
MedExpress brings basic tools like a stethoscope, thermometer, bandages, and x-rays to show kids what
tools may be used if they visit the doctor.
This program is appropriate for 3-6 year olds.
To set up the program contact your local MedExpress and ask if they offer the Teddy Bear Clinic.

Spice Club is a monthly grab-and-go culinary exploration program. Each month, Spice Club spotlights a carefully selected spice, providing participants with a sample, an in-depth write-up on its history and culinary applications, interesting facts, and sample recipe cards.

Join Erin McMaster, Memory Care Advisor from Arden Courts, for a talk on the symptoms of Dementia, how they can affect caregivers, and some steps you can take to help your loved ones.

Peace Corps volunteer Rebekah Williams will join us from Rwanda to talk about her experience as a Peace Corp Education Volunteer. She will share information about the Peace Corps and how to volunteer, how she chose to work in Africa, and give information on Rwanda and her life there.

Many families have boxes of photos, memorabilia, slides, film, and documents trapped in dusty boxes.
Join Certified Professional Organizer Shelley Murray as she lays out a basic photo plan for organizing, scanning, and curating the stories that go along with these family memories as well as review some basic organizing tips, cloud storage details, and family sharing options.

We had a master gardener come and present on how to collect seeds and start them indoors. We provided each attendee with a seed starter mix, peat pots, and seeds. This program was held as the kick-off to our Seed Library.
